Your Job

As a Senior Developer , you will join a dynamic team and take part in system specifications development, software engineering best practices implementation, code development, testing and production support. You will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages the improvement of everyone's skills.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in application design.
• Develop and evolve the back-office and front-office components of our policy management system.
• Provide production support and be available during off hours.
• Participate in technology watch and the definition of coding standards to ensure system efficiency, resilience and sustainability.
• Optimize the platform for maximum speed and scalability.
• As a member of an agile team, contribute to the team’s success and agility.

Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher level education and minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in backend web development, and 1-2 years in front-end development.
• Expert knowledge of Java language (frameworks: spring, hibernate, spring boot…).
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, including the use of advanced libraries (Angular, React…).
• Good knowledge and experience of quality and continuous integration processes: source control (GIT), code review.
• Production support experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Mongo databases…
• Knowledge of SOAP, REST…
• Good written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Proven ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
• Strong personal motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced development environment.
