DevOps Consultant

Position Summary They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in DevOps tools, CI/CD automation, and scripting, along with solid expertise in middleware platforms such as WebLogic and JBoss. The ideal candidate will drive automation initiatives, streamline deployment processes, and support enterprise-grade middleware environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflows Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable workflows to improve deployment efficiency Build and maintain scripts using Shell, Bash, Python, YAML, and PowerShell Manage and support middleware platforms including WebLogic 12c / 14c JBoss 7.4 / 8.1 Automate application deployments, patching, and environment provisioning across middleware environments Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, and infrastructure issues Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and release processes Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and DevOps best practices Required Qualifications

Strong experience with DevOps tools and automation Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions and YAML workflow design Strong scripting experience in Shell/Bash/YAML and Python or PowerShell Hands-on experience with WebLogic 12c / 14c JBoss 7.4 / 8.1 Solid understanding of CI/CD, release management, and automation practices Experience troubleshooting pipeline failures and deployment issues Preferred Skills

Exposure to Azure Cloud (AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with Terraform and ARM templates Key Competencies
