Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Product Management Excellence program. This role will provide essential operational support in managing our training programs and learning management platform, ensuring the continuous development of product management capabilities across the organization.

You will be mainly accountable for

Learning Platform Management: administration and content management

•

Support in administering and maintaining the Learning Platform for Product Management Excellence programs

•

Manage user access, course assignments, and content uploads for product management learning materials

•

Generate reports on training completion rates, attendance, and learning metrics

•

Support the Manager in developing training materials, presentations, and learning resources

Training Coordination & Logistics

•

Assist in coordinating the scheduling and logistics of product management training sessions (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)

•

Manage training calendar and communicate session details to participants across different regions

•

Organize training materials, equipment, and logistics

•

Handle participant registrations and maintain accurate attendance records

Administrative Support

•

Prepare training-related reports

•

Maintain comprehensive training records for the Product Management Excellence program

Qualifications for the role

•

Recent graduate or final-year student in a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, HR management, Marketing, Communication

•

Strong interest in communication, digital learning, and community building within a product management context.

•

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

•

Comfortable using a variety of genAI tools (prompting, agents,..), familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Rise360) is a plus.

•

Excellent organizational and time management skills

•

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Interest in learning platform and product management topics

•

English: fluent spoken and written (daily use).
