Product Marketing Director
The Networking Products team at Analog Devices is developing a new product area focused on next-generation power and data networking technologies.
The Networking Products team operates as a fast-paced, well-resourced start-up within Analog Devices with deep experience developing new global standards, executing best-in-class products and incubating market adoption. The Networking Products team is backed by Analog Devices’ substantial strategic resources to help ensure its ultimate success.
Your mission will be to explore, characterize and validate new product areas, promote product strategy and roadmap internally and externally, and execute commercialization of both new and existing products.
Primary Objectives
- Identify emerging industry mega-trends
- Compile and present compelling market analysis to support program adoption
- You will define which customers to target and determine the engagement strategies
- Lead customer negotiations in collaboration with ADI sales
- Manage the customer relationships from initial outreach through to mass production
- Create substantial new business for both Analog Devices and our customers
- Manage portfolio strategies including pricing, allocations, promotions, and channel engagement
- Champion for the customer’s success, and in so doing, the success of the Networking Products team
- Understand our competitors’ market positions, technical benefits, and weak points
- Work with other business units to create combined promotions targeting specific end markets and applications
Knowledge and Skills
- Passionate about driving innovation
- Create data-driven insights to drive business strategies and guide decision-making, present to upper management
- Understand how to extract value proposition based on mega-trends/market/customer requirements and translate to profitability
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and different regions
- Results driven, ability to think critically, take initiative and work autonomously
- Ability to travel when needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline. MBA or relevant graduate-level degree is a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in application engineering discipline
- Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, convert data to insights
- Exceptional writing & presentation skills

Minimum Qualifications
· MBA or equivalent professional experience
· Multi-year background in the communications industry (10 years +)
