Position Description

• 建立并维护与省级及重点地市级卫健委、医保局、招标办等政府部门的良好关系，保持常态化沟通，传递公司产品价值与立场，推动长期互信合作。
• 跟进重点行业协会，持续解读地方医疗政策，结合公司业务提前预判政策趋势，发现潜在机会并制定风险应对方案。
• 密切关注区域内带量采购项目，掌握集中采购时间节点，提前预警并与业务部门沟通公司诉求；在关键阶段参与制定投标策略，支持项目赢率提升。
• 主动收集并整合区域内招标、物价、医保、卫生改革等信息，形成内部分享与跨部门对齐，确保公司策略与政策环境匹配。
• 推动产品进入首台套或创新目录，打造创新准入路径与行业标杆，引领区域业务增长。
• 与业务部门保持紧密合作，梳理市场准入目标与策略，推动行动计划落地，为业务提供前瞻性支持。
• 完成部门领导布置的其他工作。
• Qualifications and Experiences:
• 本科及以上学历，优先考虑具备公共卫生、医疗保险、临床医学、生物医学、经济学等多维度知识背景的候选人。
• 8年以上医疗行业政府事务、市场准入、招标相关岗位经验。
• 熟悉医疗器械行业现状及发展趋势，了解所辖区域的行政主管部门运作。
• 具备较强的政策敏感度、解读与分析能力，能够制定系统性应对策略。
• 优秀的执行力与沟通表达能力，具备资源整合、跨团队协作及突发事件应变能力。
• 责任担当、结果导向，正直诚信，具备抗压与快速变应心态，以及开放的协同共赢与长期主义心态。
