As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams, confirming the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role is client-facing, providing you with the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of business contexts.

As a Senior Associate, you will guide and mentor junior team members, navigating complexity and ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for maintaining professional standards and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Your role will involve anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, fostering personal growth, and enhancing your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Salesforce competency network, focusing on business application consulting. Responsibilities

  • Conducting quality assurance testing for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions
  • Developing and executing test plans and test cases to validate Salesforce functionalities and integrations
  • Utilizing Salesforce Administration skills to configure and customize Salesforce applications
  • Supporting the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions
  • Engaging in business process modeling to optimize Salesforce workflows and enhance system efficiency
  • Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce projects and initiatives
  • Assisting in the development of training materials to facilitate user adoption of Salesforce technologies
  • Participating in project architecture and budgeting activities to align with client objectives
  • Embracing emerging technologies and innovative design to drive Salesforce technology integration and innovation

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
  • At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
  • Developing business process models and systems for client solutions
  • Implementing technology innovations in Salesforce environments
