- Preferred candidates hold degrees in areas such as Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics), Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Management Information Systems.
- Additional considerations:Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds that combine business and technology, such as Business Analytics or Technology Management, are also highly encouraged to apply. Studies or certifications related to Agile methodologies, digital transformation, or strategic management are valuable assets for developing the skills needed in this role.
Minimum Years of Experience
- From 4 to 6 years of professional experience in project management, and/or program management, preferably in industries such as technology, healthcare, consumer markets or finance.
- Proven experience in complex and dynamic environments, preferably within industries such as technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer markets, or consulting.
- Strong background in portfolio, program, and project management, including both agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional approaches (Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, managing expectations and stakeholder relationships at various organizational levels.
- Track record in advanced data analysis applied to strategic decision-making for projects and programs, including data visualization and reporting using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in risk identification and management, contingency planning, and responding effectively during crisis or high-uncertainty situations.

Project and Program Management Utilizing an accurate view of project schedules to drive execution and plan effectively Identifying the anticipated impact to project delivery through an effective risk management process Reporting on and acting upon the process metrics reported Solid understanding of project management processes and methodologies (both Agile and Waterfall). Experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of business projects, preferably in a global or multi-stakeholder environment. Creating dashboards and status reports Identifying deficiencies and action plans to address those deficiencies Familiarity with project portfolio management concepts, governance frameworks, and PMO best practices.
