Job Summary

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Phenomenal, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to improve our products and services. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that will enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve product performance and customer experience
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Conduct data analysis and identify patterns and trends to inform model development
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support machine learning models
• Monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and apply them to our products and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or data science
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Knowledge of data mining and data visualization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
