**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager - HR Technology to lead and enhance our HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation, optimization, and support of HR systems and tools that drive efficiency and improve employee experience across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of HR technology solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Manage HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, system upgrades, and seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify technology needs and deliver innovative solutions.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing HR technology systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, or payroll platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
