What you will be doing
- Act as the primary contact for Ricoh Operating Companies, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage customer orders, proactively resolving supply, delivery, and transportation issues
- Coordinate with Sales Organizations and internal stakeholders across EMEA to ensure seamless operations
- Handle priority requests and customer escalations with a strong focus on service excellence
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
- Monitor departmental KPIs, service levels, and Points of Control to drive operational excellence
- Work across multiple systems and processes to ensure accurate order execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization projects
You will ideally have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level
- Experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- A proactive mindset with a strong customer focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English , both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus
