Job Description
Global Customer Assurance spans several of the bank’s key payments business lines across Europe, North America & Canada. We support our customers across Elavon, Retail Payment Services (RPS) and Corporate Payment Systems (CPS), covering the entire payments spectrum of card issuance, merchant acquiring and pre-paid cards we apply a high standard of customer service to both our internal and external customers.
Our 2 year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the team and work in each of our key programs across three rotations of 8 months:

Complaints Handling,

Errors & Exceptions
•
Insights & Reporting.

Basic qualifications
•
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a target completion date of May 2023
•
Solid understanding of financial and payments market
•
Ability to start graduate program on Sept 4, 2023
Preferred qualifications
•
Achieving min 2.1 Bachelor's degree
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills
•
Excellent interpersonal skills
•
Solid understanding of financial and technology
•
Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
•
Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn and contribute within a dynamic team environment
•
Attention to detail
