The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Graduation and be able to handle manpower effectively. Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5 S, and Jewellery Making Process is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and ensure efficiency
• Implement TPM and 5 S practices to optimize production
• Manage manpower and resources effectively
• Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the production process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Jewellery industry
• Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of TPM, 5 S, and Jewellery Making Process
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
