Temp Attorney- Plaintiff Doc Rev

As one of the nation's largest legal staffing providers, Hire Counsel is registering attorneys with experience working for Plaintiff counsel performing substantive review and analysis of document produced by defense counsel.

Responsibilities Include

• Substantive review of documents submitted by defense counsel for "Hot Documents" to be used as exhibits at depositions, exhibits to briefs and memos and expert witness preparation
• Utilize Relativity software for efficient review of documents
• Identify key information and effectively summarize findings to the associates and staff attorneys

Project Details

• Anticipated start date: summer 2025
• Estimated duration ranges from 1 week to 6 months
• Hours: 40 per week
• Location: Remote
• Pay rates range from $27 - $30 per hour

Qualifications

• JD/LLM
• Barred admission, active and in good standing is the state in which you reside/work
• Experience with substantive review and summary of documents
• Prior experience with Relativity or other e-Discovery platforms required
• Reliable, highspeed internet access, dedicated office space & either a PC with Windows 10 or higher or a MAC with Mojave 10.14 or higher
• No concurrent document review or other legal employment permitted
