The hired professional will be a quick study and have strong communication skills; a good understanding of the reserve setting with experience valuing cases in New York; the ability to review and comment on motions; the capacity to draft settlement requests and perform case reviews; and an understanding of technology with the ability to use it (e.g., case management software, Outlook, Excel, etc.). The company strongly prefers a New York licensed attorney in good standing but will consider a Connecticut or New Jersey licensed attorney in good standing having strong New York experience and residing in or around New York.
