About the Role

As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to the company. This individual will drive transformative change by developing and implementing innovative strategies and initiatives that align with our business and talent objectives. You will work closely with our 5 CRG leads and executive sponsors, curate our monthly newsletter, and focus on intersectionality and cultural recognitions / events. This is highly collaborative role across the organization, partnering closely with TA, Talent Management, Social Impact and Communications to name a few.

Responsibilities

● Influence and Inspire: Act as a creative influencer and thought leader to motivate and inspire key partners such as our CRG leads and executive sponsors. Stakeholder management is central to this role

● Strategic Leadership: Help lead the development and execution of our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy, continually measuring against successful execution and supporting the ongoing development of a DE&I strategic roadmap

● Cultural Transformation: Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive and conscious environment throughout the organization

● Effective Communication: Partner with Marketing, Communication and key stakeholders to effectively communicate our DEI commitment both internally and externally

● Community Engagement: Establish connections with organizations that share our aspirations for positive community impact in areas where our employees and consumers reside in partnership with our Social Impact Team

● HR Integration: Collaborate within Human Resources to integrate Diversity and Inclusion into HR practices and processes. This includes Talent Acquisition/Talent Management, where you will focus on the development and integration of D&I and Bias Mitigation into key talent processes and programs

● Learning Initiatives: Partner with Talent Management team to focus on trainings like Unconscious Bias, Microaggressions and Cultural Competencies

● Data-Driven Insights: Fulfill reporting requirements to senior management and conduct data analysis that guides our actions and strategic priorities

● Philanthropic Impact: Develop strategies for philanthropic and social impact initiatives, collaborating with sustainability and PR to advance our DEI reputation

● Internal Communications: Develop and maintain internal organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. This includes internal bulletin boards, communication channels, and newsletters.

Skills & Experience

● 3+ years of DEIB experience, with progressive leadership in business and/or human resources.

● Strong understanding of DEIB social issues and impact

● Proven track record in developing, designing, and delivering diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives

● Knowledge of Community Resource Groups (CRG)

● Strong influencing skills, with the ability to cultivate and execute significant initiatives

● Proficiency in sophisticated problem-solving and complex data analysis to drive actionable insights

Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:

New York Office: $99,000-$158,000 Santa Monica Office: $90,000 - $144,000
