Job Description

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and analyze various types of samples (blood, toxic, tissue, etc.) at AK Health Quotient India.
• Perform laboratory testing following standard procedures, make observations, and interpret findings accurately.
• Conduct experiments under controlled conditions to validate hypotheses using refined scientific methods at AK Health Quotient India.
• Organize and safely store chemicals, fluids, and gases according to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all data and results, both in paper and electronic formats, with responsibility and precision at AK Health Quotient India.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and inventory, and participate in ordering supplies as needed.
• Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment at all times at AK Health Quotient India.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lab Technician or in a relevant laboratory position.
• Proficiency in operating both electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment and handling potentially hazardous substances like flammable liquids and biohazards at AK Health Quotient India.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) systems, preventive measures, and best laboratory practices.
• Excellent physical condition and endurance to perform laboratory duties effectively at AK Health Quotient India.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, and database systems for data recording and analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and precision.
• Valid laboratory technician license or certification.
