Stationary Engineer

Construction Force Services is seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various mechanical systems within our facilities.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical systems
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems
• Monitor and adjust heating, ventilation, and air conditioning controls
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on boilers, chillers, pumps, and other equipment
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stationary Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in industrial mechanics and maintenance
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems
• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair boilers
• Experience in field service maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
