Project Manager – ServiceNow Delivery

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and outcome-driven Project Manager to lead Agile delivery initiatives across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong adaptability, stakeholder coordination, and risk management skills in a fluid scope environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

Leading Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

Managing evolving requirements with a focus on outcomes

Coordinating with stakeholders across time zones

Conducting risk assessments and resolving blockers

Producing sprint reports and executive summaries

Maintaining dashboards in ADO and Empower

•

Working flexible hours to support global teams

Ensuring quality assurance and enforcing “Definition of Done”
