Requirements

12+ years of software engineering experience

•

Experience leading large engineering teams and managers

•

Strong background in scalable consumer or SaaS products

•

Hands-on understanding of system architecture and engineering best practices

•

Experience working on AI/ML or GenAI use cases is preferred

•

Strong product thinking and business understanding

•

Experience hiring and building high-performing engineering teams

•

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
