Ready to accelerate the growth of Winparts France?
At Winparts, we are rapidly expanding across Europe, and France plays a key role in our international growth ambitions. That is why we are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on E-commerce Specialist who will drive the French market forward. Someone who does not wait for opportunities but creates them.
In this role, you combine e-commerce, category management, and supply chain optimization. You understand what French customers need and continuously improve assortment, availability, pricing, and customer experience.
You will act as the local growth driver for France while collaborating closely with central teams in pricing, buying, UX, CRO, marketing, and operations.
What will you do?
You own the performance of the French market
You continuously monitor revenue, margin, conversion, and product availability within your categories. You analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into concrete actions.
You keep a close eye on competitors, pricing, assortment, and market developments to ensure Winparts continues to grow competitively in France.
You improve supply chain and availability
A strong assortment means nothing without excellent availability. That is why you actively work on improving stock levels, delivery performance, and operational processes.
You collaborate closely with central supply chain teams and suppliers to solve bottlenecks and continuously improve the customer experience.
You optimize e-commerce performance
You monitor conversion, funnel performance, and customer behavior while proactively identifying optimization opportunities. This can include UX improvements, content optimization, pricing adjustments, or stock-related issues.
Together with central teams, you ensure improvements are implemented quickly and effectively for the French market.
You are the voice of the French customer
You understand the local market, customer behavior, competition, and trends. You translate these insights into actions that directly impact growth, performance, and customer satisfaction.
As a result, you become the local owner and key representative of the French business within the international organization.
