You’re ready to really get the hang of recruitment, with the prospect of a career path leading to a broader HR role covering areas such as talent development and HR business partnering.

Your responsibilities

You’ll guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer, ensuring they feel welcome from the very first interaction.

You will actively seek out (primarily technical) talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and campus events.

•

You’ll conduct smooth telephone screenings and initial interviews, thereby shaping the first impression of our company. You’ll look not only at skills, but also at drive and cultural fit, ensuring a long-term match.

You’ll work closely as a sparring partner with hiring managers, contributing ideas and advising them on the right approach.

•

You’ll build talent pools so that we’re ready for future growth.

•

You will strengthen our employer branding and contribute to campus recruitment and initiatives that promote our story.

•

You will take the initiative in HR projects and contribute ideas on how we can make our processes more efficient.

•

You will report to the HR manager.
