The POSITION | About YOU.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate our expansion into the asset management vertical — engaging with investment fund managers, ManCos, AIFMs, fund administrators and depositaries. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into deals on our professional payments platform BKO (Banking Orchestrator, formerly ENPAY/LYNKS), building long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to help the company grow.
You will work in close coordination with the Marketing team, which feeds you qualified leads to take through pitch, negotiation, closing and account management. You will also feed Marketing with insights from your asset management network to sharpen targeting, content and event programming.
You will join the Sales team as an individual contributor, reporting directly to Jonathan Prince, Chief Sales Officer and co-founder, and work hand in hand with product, tech and compliance teams to position BKO as the reference solution for professional payment flows, Bank data exchange, in the asset management and broader financial services industry in Luxembourg. With us you will…
•
Drive BKO's commercial development in the asset management vertical : engage with ManCos, AIFMs, fund administrators, depositaries and transfer agents in the Luxembourg fund ecosystem, position BKO as the reference solution for their professional payment flows, bank data exchange and convert opportunities into signed contracts.

Take qualified leads through to closing : pick up leads transmitted by the Marketing team, qualify them further on commercial and technical grounds, structure proposals, lead negotiations and close deals.

Manage and grow existing accounts : build trust with clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Finologee platform suite.

Feed Marketing with field insights : share what you hear from the asset management network — pain points, regulatory drivers, competitor moves, event opportunities — to help Marketing sharpen targeting, content and campaign programming.

Work side by side with Product Management and Tech teams to refine BKO's positioning, contribute to pricing decisions and feed the roadmap with field-driven insights.

Be accountable for taking deals to the finish line , from lead handover to contract signature and clean handover to operations.
