Job description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production requirements.
- Forecast material requirements and manage purchase planning.
- Plan and maintain safety stock levels to prevent production interruptions.
- Monitor inventory levels in coordination with production and warehouse teams.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track purchasing KPIs and prepare regular reports for Plant Manager.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics are a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
- Understanding of inventory management and production planning.
- Social insurance coverage
