Unit Description Delaware North operates concessions, clubs, and suites for the NHL's Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center and has been a partner of the Sabres since 1970, the year the team was founded. We manage concession outlets, suites, and clubs, including a members-only fine dining restaurant, at the 19,200-seat arena. Responsibilities Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus No experience or diploma required Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus No experience or diploma required
