Job Overview

As a Cashier, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, assisting customers with their inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
  • Transaction Management: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the cashier area and surrounding space tidy and presentable for customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about promotions and product offerings to provide information to customers as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with fellow team members to enhance service efficiency and operational productivity.
  • Inventory Tasks: Assist in monitoring stock levels and restock items as needed.
