What you will do
This is an exciting opportunity to join our People team at a time of growth at PGIM Ireland. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Business Leader, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business, delivering practical, high-quality HR support while helping to strengthen our people practices and culture.
This role requires someone who is highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy. You will be expected to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and deliver end-to-end solutions without close day-to-day direction. In addition to business partnering, you will provide oversight and support to two People Specialists.
What you can expect
Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing clear guidance on employee matters including performance, probation, and team effectiveness
Provide responsive, high-quality support to employees, ensuring queries are managed consistently and professionally
Take ownership of employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring timely, fair, and compliant outcomes
Support compensation and benefits processes, ensuring consistency and alignment
Lead and deliver HR initiatives across areas such as engagement, wellbeing, and culture
What you will bring
Experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role
Proven experience supporting managers across the employee lifecycle, including probation and performance
Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing a range of cases independently
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work at pace and take ownership
Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders

Annual Leave of 23 days at full pay.
