COO Risk delivers baseline and change activities for the Risk Organization. Our vision and purpose for COO Risk is clear: To deliver best in class data, insights and advice which empower our consumers to control, explain, predict and optimise the performance of ING. We play a critical role at ING and will be the go-to function for all kinds of data across the Bank.
The Air Traffic Control Team is acts as a ‘Center of Expertise’ in the COO Risk organization. In that role we lead the AI work and facilitate the COO Risk processes that are tribe overarching. Examples are the ever challenging match between supply and demand from all across ING, budgeting and learning & development. Additionally, our team of highly ambitious and driven professionals offer global support to both local and central change initiatives by always being on top of developments across the globe and report on our overall progress towards the board and ECB
We expect you to
Be responsible for bringing transparency on change and run activities in COO Risk.
Own and steer the Quarterly Business Review “QBR” where you align demand and supply with stakeholders.
Take a seat in the overarching the ‘Air Traffic Control’ team to find synergies across Tribes and CoEs within COO Risk.
Build relationships with the stakeholders to smoothen collaboration across domains.
Support Tribe management team in defining the strategic direction of the Tribe, and owning the related updates of the quarterly strategic report shared with MBB members.
Participate actively in knowledge sharing activities inside ING like community meetings and contribute to knowledge networks.
Be responsible for the development of AI solutions with CoPilot Studio.

Required skills and experience
Education at University with a Master’s degree.
Proven record of relevant change execution experience preferably with international exposure.
Proven experience in running QBR processes at ING.
Proven experience in development with CoPilot Studio.
A personality and the capabilities to function effectively within an Agile environment.
Competent knowledge of Banking/Credit Risk/Financial Risk/ Modelling.
Proficient expertise in driving and steering multidisciplinary initiatives.
Proven experience with Non-Financial Risk activities.
Excellent level of English.
