Associate Business Intelligence Analyst

Accountabilities

• Support the analysis of business problems by working with internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visual analytics to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI reports, data models, and visualization solutions based on business requirements.
• Help define reporting needs by translating stakeholder requests into structured data and analytics specifications.
• Extract, clean, and analyze datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and business recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining data quality standards and improving reporting processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant analytical outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar entry-level role.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with querying languages such as SQL (or similar tools) and reporting tools like Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources effectively.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced analytics environment.
