Job description
This is a highly dynamic role to secure the best talent in the market. This key role requires proactive management of recruitment processes (Campus and Associate hiring). You will also be responsible for leading the Brussels Recruiting Team (recruiting 25 FTEs and 14 temporary interns annually) as well as collaborating with various stakeholders in Amsterdam and London.
- Management of the Brussels Recruiting Team:
- You are responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day, ensuring deadlines are met whilst also focusing on strengths and development areas for your team of 5
- Run team meetings
- Manage ongoing budget reviews
- Share best practices, aligning recruitment efforts with the ultimate goal of striving for a unified candidate experience and synergy in the use of internal resources
- Take an active role in office management as well as Brussels HR meetings
- Work closely with management on capacity planning and headcount forecasts
- Campus Recruitment:
- Ensure operations are on track and new ideas implemented to ensure continuous efficiency
- Present at campus and in-house events/involvement in campaigns where necessary
- Oversee stakeholder management with recruiting partners across BCG, ensuring they are updated at each stage of the recruitment
- Developing and implementing new recruitment strategies to respond to changing market/business needs
- Analyse improvements to be made to BCG's student value proposition as well as the marketing and branding tools
- Supervise the Visiting Associate Program
- Senior Associate and Consultant Recruiting (incl. MBA)
- Oversee hiring channel (sourcing strategies and quality/quantity)
- Cross-channel Recruitment:
- Lead recruitment projects in conjunction with Amsterdam and London
- Drive the implementation of the new CRM, ensuring a strong connection between the CRM and the Brussels teams
- Responsible for ensuring the recruiting market content fits the needs of the local job market
- Verify that DE&I recruiting targets are met
- Keep recruitment metrics up to date, improving where necessary
- Minimum 6 years of effective team management experience
- Solid in-house recruitment experience, accustomed to working on several recruitment missions simultaneously
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Sound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills are crucial in order to interact effectively with all stakeholders, (the team, recruiting partners and candidates) even when busy
- The ability to have a can-do attitude and be hands on is key
- You rely on your proactivity to identify opportunities to support your team and improve working methodologies
