Job description

  • You must have excellent knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction principles, codes, and standards.
  • You will have the ability to perform engineering/construction analysis and resolve project challenges.
  • You will have excellent communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English is required

Duties and responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following

  • Perform preliminary/detailed engineering activities including preliminary fund requisitions, project execution Plan preparation, producing detailed Expenditure Request (ER) estimate analysis, Preparing the contract for detailed engineering.
  • Preparation of Material Procurement/Saudi Aramco Material System Specification (SAMSS) and supplier bid evaluations.
  • Perform construction phase activities including Finalize Planning for Startup, Finalize Tie-ins/Interfaces to Existing Facilities, Monitor/Control project Scope, cost and schedule.
  • Preparation of Construction contract procurement documents including Bid Packages.
  • Support the development of solutions and design bases for new construction and modifications, ensuring compliance with operating and safety requirements.
  • Initiate and assemble performance data and studies to evaluate codes, standards, and economic factors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and approved program.
  • 10 years of experience in project management field, with a preference for 7 years’ experience in buildings, residential projects or similar projects.
  • You will have excellent communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English is required
