Your everyday work-life

• Responsible for Last Mile and Network operations in Regional Greece
• Design and manage delivery partner networks and transportation resources
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and balanced scorecards
• Manage a team of planners responsible for the day-to-day last mile activities
• Ensure compliance with company standards and ESG initiatives, including recycling programs
• Manage budgets, costing, invoicing, and operational expenses
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on customer experience, cost efficiency, and logistics performance
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of external logistics partners

As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a distribution/logistics environment
• New technologies applied in delivery operations is a plus
• Ability to think strategically with an elevated level of patience in dealing with critical situations
• Ability to develop and implement process improvement
• Strong reporting and analyzing capabilities
