Job description

You’ll be involved in all phases of SAP implementation:

  • As a point of contact during the pre-sales phase

  • As a strategic advisor during analysis and design

  • As a project manager during implementation

You’ll act as an SAP expert and help expand our client portfolio.

You’ll contribute to projects in various sectors, with SAP ERP and S/4HANA as the core IT solutions. Business development and project coordination—both small and large—will be part of your responsibilities.

As a rapidly growing team within KPMG, the SAP team focuses on large end-to-end transformations using S/4HANA and other technological innovations. You’ll help strengthen the team’s professional and personal development.

As a Manager SAP Finance, you will:

  • Guide SAP Finance implementations and transformations, from strategy to execution.

  • Advise clients on enhancing financial processes using SAP S/4HANA.

  • Support multidisciplinary project teams and coach junior consultants.

  • Work with clients across sectors including financial services, public sector, and industry.

  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.

  • Apply KPMG’s Powered Enterprise methodology with KPMG’s latest AI-driven technology (AI Workbench and KPMG Velocity platforms) to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.

 

  • A completed university degree (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, IT).

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO, S/4HANA).

  • Motivation and positive energy to contribute to the growth and development of our team.

  • Experience guiding SAP projects and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

  • A professional network and an interest in developing commercial opportunities.

  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for strengthening KPMG’s SAP practice.

  • Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken.

  • Gross salary between € 4.000,- and € 6.700,- per month depending on your work experience;
  • Annual performance bonus, mobility allowance, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance of €2.40 per working day.
