Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-powered talent matching tools to identify and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Review, optimize, and maintain job descriptions to ensure accurate skill and competency mapping.
- Screen resumes and candidate profiles using AI-assisted recruitment platforms and human judgment.
- Analyze candidate fit scores and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate pipeline performance.
- Ensure candidate data quality and maintain accurate records within ATS and recruitment systems.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of AI-driven hiring processes and workflows.
- Identify skill gaps, workforce trends, and talent market insights to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Promote fair and compliant hiring practices by reviewing AI recommendations for accuracy, bias, and relevance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, HR technology, or workforce analytics.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-based recruitment platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret hiring data and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
