- Lead division operations from sale to close, coordinating across Sales, Construction, Design Center, and support teams while helping establish goals and direction for the division.
- Develop and continuously improve internal systems and processes that drive operational efficiency throughout the division.
- Hire, train, and retain the division operations team, including Division Coordinators, Office Coordinators, and the Design Center team — overseeing staffing, scheduling, showroom readiness, and Selection appointment standards.
- Manage the master pod construction slotting schedule, initiate market home starts, and assign Release for Start dates for all homes in the Pre-Start Process.
- Review and approve homebuilding reports; maintain base pricing, pod assignments, settlement costs, option revenue, and incentives for CMP purposes.
- Ensure the purchaser's electronic files are complete and compliant; approve and code invoices in Concur, and oversee division check requests.
- Support the NCSU process and collaborate with the Land Acquisition Manager to track progress; conduct Backlog Meetings per company standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Organizational Leadership preferred
- Experience in the homebuilding or construction industry is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally to effectively interact with associates and customers
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills, such as typing and writing
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 20–25 lbs unassisted
- Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional standing and reaching
