Job description

We're looking for a strategic and analytical Winston Product Manager to join our team in Levallois-Perret, France. In this role, you will drive the vision and strategy for our product offerings, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a customer-centric mindset, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and shape the future direction of our product portfolio.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, user research, and behavioral data to inform product decisions and prioritize features
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to successfully execute product initiatives and deliver on commitments
  • Define product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from conception through launch, including planning, development, testing, and go-to-market execution
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to measure success and identify areas for optimization
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends and best practices
  • Manage product budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and address concerns throughout the product development process
  • Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient product development and continuous improvement
  • 3+ years of proven product management experience in a corporate or technology environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing product strategy and creating comprehensive product roadmaps
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and user insights to drive decision-making
  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent understanding of the product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
  • Proven ability to conduct market and competitive analysis
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience gathering and incorporating user feedback
  • Detail-oriented approach to defining product requirements and specifications
  • Preferred: Experience with SaaS or technology products
  • Preferred: Technical product knowledge or background
  • Preferred: Experience managing product budgets and resource allocation
  • Preferred: Familiarity with customer research methodologies and user experience principles
