We're looking for a strategic and analytical Winston Product Manager to join our team in Levallois-Perret, France. In this role, you will drive the vision and strategy for our product offerings, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a customer-centric mindset, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and shape the future direction of our product portfolio.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, user research, and behavioral data to inform product decisions and prioritize features
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to successfully execute product initiatives and deliver on commitments
- Define product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from conception through launch, including planning, development, testing, and go-to-market execution
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to measure success and identify areas for optimization
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Manage product budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and address concerns throughout the product development process
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient product development and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of proven product management experience in a corporate or technology environment
- Demonstrated expertise in developing product strategy and creating comprehensive product roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and user insights to drive decision-making
- Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent understanding of the product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to conduct market and competitive analysis
- Customer-focused mindset with experience gathering and incorporating user feedback
- Detail-oriented approach to defining product requirements and specifications
- Preferred: Experience with SaaS or technology products
- Preferred: Technical product knowledge or background
- Preferred: Experience managing product budgets and resource allocation
- Preferred: Familiarity with customer research methodologies and user experience principles
