Concierge Security Officer: Serves as a key collaborator with the Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC). The TSC provides oversight on service delivery to ensure tenants receive a white-glove experience, working closely with the Concierge on execution. The Property Manager (PM) oversees the entire program, and all parties meet regularly to review and discuss new services or decisions, with final implementation subject to the PM’s approval.
