Dealership Manager

This position is responsible for the supervision and leadership in all areas of the dealership’s daily business activities. Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the John Deere dealership retail store. Duties and responsibilities include the overall planning, direction, support and achievement of sales and marketing activities within the dealership to reach all profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
