Job description
We are seeking a Returns Associate to join our team. In this role, you will process returned shipments from customers in a timely manner and analyze product condition to determine final disposition. In addition, the position requires managing communication within the team to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Candidates should be able to analyze problems, formulate logical conclusions and create potential solutions. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
A day in the office looks like this:
- Handle return items based on standard process and procedures.
- Resolve disposition of product that has been returned.
- Work in FIFO order to ensure SLA’s are met
- Ensure good communication within the team to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and support the customer service team

- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work on your feet for long periods (8 to 10 hours).
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with the following: dust, heat, coolness and humidity
- Flexible and Dependable
- Multi-Tasker willing and ready to perform any job necessary
- Planner-manages time well
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
