Supplies Coordinator
- Location/Type: Plano, TX • Full-Time Onsite
- Pay: $52,000–$62,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
You’ll help ensure teams have the supplies and vendor support they need without delays, shortages, or unnecessary costs.
What you'll do
• Source suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
• Process purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing needs.
• Track orders and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.
• Partner with finance on budget planning.
Must-haves
• Associate degree or related supply chain education.
• 3+ years in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
