Tasks description

•

Collaborate with ICT teams, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders

•

Ensure alignment with strategic objectives

•

Prepare presentations, statistics, and reports

Expected Project Management tasks

•

Determine and document projects’ goals, scope, quality, tasks, and deadlines

•

Create and maintain detailed project descriptions/plans outlining schedules, resources, deliverables, and milestones

•

Ensure tasks and resources are assigned effectively (leveraging team members with the availability and skills to address the project requirements)

•

Document and handle any changes in project scope, schedule, or resources effectively

•

Track project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion

•

Maintain comprehensive project documentation (for operational efficiency, future reference and compliance)

•

Prepare and present regular/weekly status reports to stakeholders and senior management

•

Conduct project reviews, ensure deliverables approval, challenge performance, and document lessons learned

•

Provide organisational support to the planning and implementing of projects activities where ICT is involved

•

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback and ensure engagement

•

Facilitate team collaboration and prevent conflicts

•

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for project success

•

Act as a bridge between ICT service delivery and application lifecycle management to obtain a greater efficiency in time to deliver

•

Ensure compliance of project activities with EUAA rules, standards, and governance

•

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

•

Implement, support and monitor quality control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•

Manage demand by capturing business needs and prioritizing them for effective translation into potential ICT projects

•

Oversee and ensure the effective execution of evolutionary maintenance activities for ICT applications

•

Manage critical path, dependencies, and day-to-day project execution to deliver on time, in scope and within budget

•

Support the strengthening of project management capabilities and maturity through training and effective change management

•

Proactively manage supporting administrative tasks

Expected Project Management deliverables

•

Detailed project portfolio, clearly distinguishing EUAA projects from ICTU initiatives

•

Regular status, progress reports, risk matrices and issue logs

•

Meeting minutes and coordination outputs

•

Documentation of deliverables and approvals

•

Supporting materials such as presentations and analysis outputs

Special attention should be given to the following areas

•

Project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PM2, PMP)

•

Project coordination and training procedures using recognised methodologies

•

Project management of digital/ICT-related projects, with the ability to use EUAA’s project management and enterprise architecture methodologies

•

Advanced use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Atlassian suite, Azure DevOps or equivalent
