The position also leads the Stock Loss Working Group, driving cross functional alignment and sustainable loss reduction actions. This is your daily action As Loss Prevention Manager, you are responsible for protecting the company's assets and profitability by preventing, detecting, and investigating loss across stores, supply chain, payments, e commerce, and organised retail crime (ORC). You play a key role in reducing shrink across the end to end retail value chain by combining operational leadership, data driven insights, and effective investigations. You take ownership of store shrink by working closely with Store Operations to identify internal, external, and process related root causes of loss and translating these insights into practical prevention strategies, controls, and training. In addition, you lead the Stock Loss Working Group, bringing together stakeholders from Supply Chain, Commerce, Marketing (Format), Finance, and Store Operations to drive cross functional alignment and sustainable loss reduction initiatives. Across the wider business, you strengthen loss prevention controls within the supply chain and manage fraud risks related to payments, refunds, returns, loyalty programs and e commerce transactions.
