We are looking for

HR Specialist

at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Ukraine (Kamianets-Podilskyi)

Your tasks

•

Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, selection, onboarding)

•

Employee assessment and development

•

Organization of training and onboarding processes

•

Development of corporate culture and employee engagement programs

•

Working with HR systems

•

HR analytics and workforce planning: headcount planning, labor market monitoring

•

Participation in performance review processes

•

Talent development and retention initiatives

•

Consulting managers on HR-related matters

•

Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
