your tasks

  • Support Supply Network Planners in daily operational and planning-related activities
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports related to supply and demand activities
  • Monitor planning data and identify discrepancies, risks, or exceptions
  • Support issue resolution and escalation related to supply chain activities
  • Manage and maintain required activities in OEM portals
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in relevant systems and portals
  • Process and update Purchase Order Acknowledgments in line with business requirements
  • Support resolution of iDocs issues and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders across planning, logistics, customer operations, and manufacturing
  • Support KPI tracking and reporting for supply chain processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards

what we expect •

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, within an international environment

Fluency in English (at least B1/B2 level), both written and spoken, for daily business communication

Strong proficiency in MS Office , with good Excel skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, Power BI, VBA is highly desirable

  • Availabiltiy to start en emloyment between July and August 2026
