Senior Associate, GWBPB - G&L - Legal & Regulatory MY

Qualifications  Bachelor or Master's Degree in Law.  At least 5 years’ post qualification relevant experience (either in private practice or large corporation. In house experience in a bank is preferred.  Possess sound knowledge of the law and good understanding of legal and regulatory framework.  Strong command in English with excellent communication skills and ability to manage external and internal relations.  Natural leader with ability to influence change, offer guidance and oversight on prudential regulatory matters.  Able to explain legal concepts simply and in layman terms.  Proactive, social intelligence, business development knowledge and problem solving skill.  Possess strong analytical skills, pay careful attention to details and have an investigative mindset.  Capacity to be organised and manage several tasks at one point of time.  Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
