Job description
- Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance work plans encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including detailed job specifications for labor, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
- Prioritize work orders based on equipment criticality and production impact, maintaining the maintenance backlog to maximize resource efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate seamlessly with operations teams, maintenance personnel, and spare parts inventory management to ensure resource readiness and operational continuity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, and reliability metrics) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate information within SAP platform to support data-driven decision-making and process standardization.
- Support root cause analysis investigations and lead reliability improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and establish best practices across maintenance functions.
- Education / Certification:
Engineering (Mechanical, Mechanical Engineering Manager, Electronic Engineering)
- Professional Experience (Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience):
Experience in Maintenance Management or as a Maintenance Planner in the Automotive or Metalworking Industry. Project and/or Process.

Skills:
Strong Organizational & Planning SkillsTechnical Knowledge of Equipment & Processes (machinery, systems, and failure modes.
Knowledge of maintenance strategies (PM, PdM, RCM).
Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving by using MTBF and MTTR to identify trends.
Communication & Coordination Skills.
Discipline in Systems & Continuous Improvement (Strong use of CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
