What We Offer

Novant Health is seeking a Clinic Services Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of all functions and activities related to the operations of physician practices throughout the Winston Salem Market.

  • Schedule : Interim Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Department : Novant Health Medical Group Float Pool
  • Location : Remote - Greater Triad Area

Manages, supervises, and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of physician practices, complex management responsibility (i.e., billing and collecting), and/or special projects, (i.e., practice start up), and as directed by Administration in a temporary interim leadership compacity. This is an experienced level practice management position with a high level of complexity. Practice scope is a larger geographical area of small to medium complex physician clinic; ability to provide a seamless hand off to new CA and RM.

  • Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required
  • Experience : No prior experience required
  • Additional Skills required : Knowledge of health care administration and clinic philosophy and policies and operating procedures. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Knowledge of human resource management practices including supervision and staff development. Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision making. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and develops and maintains skill in organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectives. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports. Ability to monitor quality control standards. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to travel to multiple clinic locations daily. Ability to adjust and adapt to changing clinic priorities daily.
