  • Rigorously apply escalation procedures in cases of limit breaches or non-compliance, in close collaboration with Front Office, Risk Analysts, and Management. Prepare contributions for limit breaches and conduct committees.
  • Work in close synergy with Front Office teams and Credit Analysts to present risks associated with existing portfolios and assess the impact of new transactions on counterparty exposures.
  • Contribute to quantitative and qualitative analyses presented to Senior Management during regular counterparty risk surveillance committees.
  • Actively participate in specific projects, and draft/maintain documentation, operational procedures, and work instructions related to your activities.

Required Skills:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Master's degree with a specialization in market finance or similar field.
  • Proficiency in derivative products and securities financing operations (reverse repos and securities lending/borrowing).
  • Knowledge of key metrics used for counterparty risk monitoring (e.g., Credit VaR or EEPE).
  • Rigor and adaptability.
  • Ability to drive and support change.
  • Autonomy and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English.

Optional but Valued Skills:

  • Ability to clearly articulate user requirements and manage projects (prioritization, planning, progress tracking).
  • Solid experience in using Power BI (including DAX and Power Query), along with a deep understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and data visualization.
