Overview Claims Background: Candidates must have at least 12 years of workers compensation claims adjusting experience, preferably in a TPA environment. Prior leadership experience: Minimum of 2-3 years prior people management experience leading a claims team in the workers compensation field required. Jurisdictional experience: California and Hawaii Licenses: CA Designation required, SIP optional. Must have Hawaii adjusters license if handling Hawaii claims. Location: This role is/is not eligible for fully remote work. How you'll make an impact Lead claims supervisors and adjusters to provide high quality and efficient service. Drive adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality. Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees. Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner. Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.
