Sales Engineer

Relevant experience required (in years): 4-7 years as a Sales Layout Engineer in Material handling solutions.  

Required Skills & Competencies: 

Qualification and Abilities: 

• Engineering Graduate degree. 

• Strong proficiency in creating 2D & 3D models and layout with AutoCAD, and equivalent 3D software for material handling industries. 

• Preferred to have experience with rendering engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity, Navisworks etc. 

• Proven experience in designing steel support structures (e.g. platforms).  

• Knowhow about the conveying system in warehouse automated solutions. 

• Analytical capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft tooling such as PowerPoint presentation, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Premier pro, etc. 

• Technically sound with commercial mindset. 

• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills in English language. 

• Multi-disciplinary stakeholder management

• Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.  

• Deliver desired output with quality and within timeline. 

• Able to prepare the Sales layout in AutoCAD. 

Role & Responsibilities: 

• Request for the inputs from sales engineer regarding preparation of 3D rendering and animation work. 

• Study and understand material flow diagram (MFD) of warehouse automated solutions. 

• Study and understand the sales layout or design layout of warehouse automated system. 

• Initiates kick off meeting with respective global stakeholders for desired output. 

• Work out on 2D & 3D conceptual design of warehouse solutions in AutoCAD using standard building block. 

• Creating rendered images and videos to visualize the system for presentations using Autodesk Navisworks and Unreal engine. 

• Deliver the presentation of desired output to stakeholders.
