Facilities Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

The Facilities Intern will support day-to-day building operations with a focus on organizing and maintaining the office storage area. This role offers hands-on experience in facilities management, space optimization, and general maintenance support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in organizing, labeling items within the corporate storage area
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep tasks around the building (e.g., minor repairs, moving furniture, stocking supplies)
• Help ensure workspaces and common areas remain clean, safe, and functional
• Partner with the Facilities team on small projects and operational improvements
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to appropriate team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting, moving items, etc.)
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
